Simply download application from one of our partners on Google Play or App Store and create an account. You can then view all our offers according to the geographical area of your choice. Once your basket has been validated and payment made, you will receive confirmation of your order, specifying the pick-up date and location, as well as the QR code you need to present when you visit the local store to collect your parcel.

Boxes containing perishable foodstuffs cannot be returned.

You can cancel a box up to 4 days before the day of collection. After this time, you will no longer be able to cancel your order, as the box cannot be allocated and therefore saved by another customer.

You can contact the nearest point directly, who will hold the box for you for 24 hours. After this time, the box containing foodstuffs will be lost and no refund will be given.

Delivery and collection

Delivery is free of charge and is only available from of collection points.

Each time you place an order, you can change your favorite pick-up point directly on the app by geolocating yourself or entering your zip code or city.

Boxes can be pre-ordered on the app, and the date of availability at the pick-up point is indicated directly in the offer and recalled when the order is validated.

You will receive an email at the email address you entered when creating your account, telling you that your box has and is ready for collection.

Our boxes are not normally delayed. If, however, your order has not arrived at the delivery point on the specified day, please contact us directly by email:

We take great care in preparing our boxes and choosing our logistics providers. However, it may have been damaged in transit. If that’s the case, contact us directly:


Payment can be made by :

  • Credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay / Google pay
  • Voucher
  • Have web

You can change and/or add your preferred payment method at any time. This will then remain your default payment method, which can be changed at any time.

Your bank details are fully encrypted and protected by the “Stripe” secure system.

This means that your contact details are not transmitted unencrypted. This is why we ask for your credit card number with each new order.
